Jumping the rope - The Best Exercise to lose weight?
Ok I can't stop searching and google what Jumping rope can really do. Still not satisfied until I read this article. (I randomly read it skipping some lines.. get it? SKIPPING?) oh nevermind. jumptherope
But just like what RuxtA told me, skipping for like 15mins beats 10km of running.
Then this article mentioned "Running can cause knee problems, especially if you are overweight, but that is not the case if you jump the rope. In contrast to running, jumping rope is unlikely to lead to knee damage since the impact of each jump or step is absorbed by both legs. "
Like seriously this I agree, my knees have been giving me some problems ever since I graduated from Secondary school and up til today, I have to make sure they are both in a good condition. If skipping can avoid that, I'm all for it. But I still love running and I miss relay track events. Sigh...:(
So come on people, grab yourself a rope and start skipping your fats away. "Jumping rope is the cheapest fat burning exericse." so save your moolah and think again before you sign up for fitness trainer whatsoever (my gf Rinn will kill me for this! LOL). If you don't have much time to spend and money to splurge, get a rope (cheapest $6 I think)...

Jumping rope can be a great addition to a weight-loss program. Minute for minute, jumping rope burns 2.3 times more calories than walking at a pace of 3 miles per hour. A 150-lb. person burns about 171 calories by jumping rope for 15 minutes; a 200-lb. person burns 228 calories in the same amount of time. Jumping rope really gets your heart pumping, making it a good cardiovascular workout. It works multiple muscle groups, especially those in the legs and the core of the body (including abs), as the core is involved in maintaining balance as you jump.

RuxtA bought me a jump rope few days ago and I've yet to do my jumping exercise. Now that I have my Malakai with me and damn have yet to name her something cute. shit!! I am occupied with another hobby cum exercise tool. I shall make jumping my daily exercise while longboarding a weekend thing. Then I forgot, there's skimming weekend too. Oh we can compromise between these 2 board babies, right dear?? :):)

Baby Girl...
Syukur Alhamdulillah. Safely given birth to her second child, baby girl last night at 2335hrs . Still no name as yet. Mummy and Daddy still arguing on that. Oh hurry up please. I wanna call her name when I carry her on my arms. Auntie Ikin and Uncle Arin coming to see u baby girl... Oh can't wait already... and also wanna play with your Brother Andy.

Nerve Wrecking!
Girlfriend warded after check up. 3cm cervic open and BP high. I nearly cried when she texted me. Insya'Allah everything will be fine. Awaiting for smses tonight and tomorrow morning. I am so damn nervous for her. Hope to see her real soon, with her baby girl. Insya'Allah!! Come to godmummy, baby girl!

Just visited the official movie site for New Moon. Oh so I can't wait to watch next week. To those who least interested, well you can ignore what I'm gonna say here. To those who have read all 4 Novels will understand. Yeah I'm one of them.
